 Pros of OTT for toyota tuning - Additional low and mid-range torque. These trucks feel very underpowered, and the tune puts torque and HP right back into the range where we drive the most.
- Throttle response. On the stock tune, it's like the truck sits and thinks for a moment after you press the gas before it goes. Even then, it takes forever to get up to speed. With OTT, the truck responds immediately and is quite peppy, but manageable.
- Reduced gear hunting and smoother shifts (or if you have a manual; smoother, tighter shift/clutch). The constant shifting on the stock tune was driving me insane! With the extra torque of OTT, the truck can now utilize a wider RPM range to maintain gears. 

- As a bonus, many people see slightly improved MPGs, but this is not a guarantee. There are too many variables when it comes to MPGs (fuel quality, driving style, modifications, weather, tire style/pressure, terrain, etc.). This is not an eco-tune with fuel economy in mind, however the additional low-end torque helps the truck operate better at lower RPMs. When the truck can operate at lower RPMs, it has the potential to increase fuel efficiency.
